Operational Research Manager (Oak Creek, WI):
Providing analysis and assessment of integrated data to identify trends and factors contributing to performance; identifying gaps and inconsistencies and provide recommendations and solutions; Formulating and applying mathematical modeling methods to develop and interpret information that focuses on efficiencies in operational processes and procedures; Reviewing information quality, verifying rules for providing actionable information and providing recommendation to improve and achieve information quality; analyzing information obtained from various sources to conceptualize and define operational problems and extracting actionable data from large amount of data. Creating and applying mathematical models to achieve operational efficiency by managing quality of information obtained from large scale sales data, customer data and inventory data. Creating and delivering visual displays of quantitative information and recommendation to multiple levels of stakeholders. Assisting the senior management with plans for sales levels and profitability by providing information on consumer profiles and behavior through data extracts and analysis; Writing memos, manuals, and reports to share findings, solutions, recommendations for the company officials. Evaluating the costs and benefits of alternative solutions or approaches; Delivering effective presentations of finding and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders and creating visual displays of quantitative information. Requires Master degree in Information Quality and 2 years of experience in any managerial position.
